Your appointment
I've put together all the information you should need prior to your appointment so please do take a look at it. If you have any queries I haven't answered just get in touch.
Consultation forms
Depending on your reason for wanting a treatment please download and complete the most appropriate form below and email it back to me. That way we can make the most of your treatment time.
- General
E consultation form - general - for use if you are looking for a general massage or soft tissue treatment and have no specific issues.
- Long term pain
E consultation form - long term pain - if you have been struggling with persistent or recurrent pain and require a more specialised treatment.
- Pregnancy
E consultation form - pregnancy - if you are currently pregnant (funnily enough!)
- Post natal
E consultation form - postnatal - if you have had a baby within the past year and are looking for treatment focusing on recovery from the birth or work on a C section scar.
- Cancer
E consultation form - oncology - if you currently have cancer, whether or not you are currently in treatment, or are in the recovery or palliative phases.
When you arrive
When you arrive at the building just buzz the intercom and I will let you in. Once you are in the main entrance hall there will be a door on your left (before the main staircase) with my name on which leads to the stairs down. Head down those stairs and I will meet you there. Because I need to let you in and there is no waiting area it'd be really helpful if you could avoid arriving early - that way I get to set the room up and prepare for your treatment.
Treatment length and prices
I charge for my time rather than having different prices for different treatments and with effect from 1 April 2023 my rates are:
(only available as a follow up treatment)
I prefer payment by BACS if at all possible but can also take cash or cards. Please let me know if you intend to pay by BACS and I will provide you with my payment details.
Cancellation policy
Sometimes life gets in the way and you can't make an appointment at short notice, I understand that. However, nobody likes to feel messed around so I reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
